That’s right, you saw it here first, groom boudoir! I am a St. Louis area photographer and boudoir instructor and I have been shooting Bridal boudoir for the past few years, and I started thinking, hmmm why aren’t grooms doing this as well?? So I created the perfect look for ‘Groom-oir’. Sure brides like jewelry, but they are expecting the traditional gift, imagine her excitement on seeing the time and effort you put into a gift she will cherish forever.
Men, all you need is a basic black suit with a white dress shirt, I will provide the tie and other items needed for the session. We start off in your typical groom look.
I will walk you though a flow posing, that takes less then an hour, to create the perfect series of images for an album to give her on the wedding day.
Casual and natural poses to make you feel comfortable and seem more realistic.
I have different rooms in my studio to shoot a variety of themes for your session.
Not fit? Not photogenic? No problem! Your bride to be loves you the way YOU are, and women are always ecstatic to see the love and thought put into the commitment of a photo shoot done by their man.
Feeling a little shy? You can do the entire shoot in pants, no one said boudoir has to be underwear, and this look is still very appealing.
BUT if you are feeling a little less modest, boxer briefs are a great look, and can be incorporated with a sheet for an implied look as well.
Finally, detail shots are a great addition to any album, and a client favorite! I use silhouette lighting to create these artistic shots.
